Entry and eTA
Most visitors need an approved Electronic Travel Authorisation before travel unless they fall under a listed exemption.
- Apply on Kenya’s official eTA website before departure.
- Typical guidance includes a passport valid for at least six months and travel / accommodation details.
- Processing is often quoted in working days — leave buffer time.
Rules change by nationality, passport type, purpose, and date. Never publish a universal visa-free claim — confirm on the official eTA site.
